Your Opportunity
The Client has a royal mandate to ensure effective O&M Processes and Procedures across all Government Entities within KSA. Serco are contracted to create and implement an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) at one of the major entities in Jubail, part of which is to manage the process of Assets Data Collection and Condition Assessment done by a Thirty -Party.
The key purpose of this role is to hire an AM Survey Assessor as part of the Asset Data Collection team responsible for supervising the Survey, Condition Assessment, Tagging, and Imaging works carried out by the Third-Party team for the RCJ Assets. Furthermore, perform QA and QC activities to ensure that the data is created in accordance with the adopted Asset Register taxonomies and international standards.
Key Accountabilities
Perform field inspections and provide clarifications on several civil infrastructure assets to the third-party survey personnel with an extended support/guidance from Serco consultants / Senior Engineers team.
Supervise the activities of the Third-Party team and ensure the correctness of the deliverables in accordance with the pre-defined process, asset condition survey checklists developed by Serco SMEs and perform onsite QA.
Review and ensure that the Asset Register is developed as per the pre-defined asset hierarchy and taxonomies.
Ensure that the Tag Numbering and Tag fixation is performed in accordance with the agreed methodology and guidelines.
General Understanding of Asset Life Cycle principles.
General understanding of Asset Management principles.
General understanding of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) principles.
Engineering Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. Competency in CAD, GIS, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint. Competency in Digital Data Organization skills
