**Job Description**:
**Role**
- Main point of contact with the client’s Contract Manager
- Based full-time at NEOM Project offices
- Reporting to Program Director
- Dotted reporting line to PMCM Business Line Lead
- Manage all PMC contractual requirements and documentation
- Manage PMC contract amendment process
- Organize and communicate AECOM’s response to NEOM contractual letters
- Manage KPI process, review and communicate KPI reports to NEOM
- Review and communicate PMC Services report to NEOM
- Monitor Deployment and contract budget status,
- Escalate PAF, Timesheet and Invoice approval issues to NEOM
- Prepare any documentation required for internal approvals

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience in senior roles in PMC
- Strong Contract management background, contractual language
- Working knowledge of the NEOM Program
- Well organized,
- Very good writing and MS Office skills
- Able to present at high level
- Years of Experience: 20 years

**Qualifications**:
Technical /QS Degree and MBA if possible
