- Trouble shooting and Maximize equipment availability.
- To supervise preventive and scheduled maintenance activity of all Heavy DIESEL Equipment.
- To plan spare parts REQUIRED FOR MAINTENANCE JOB.
- To identify problem area and to plan for rectifications, root cause analysis & improvements
- To train employees as per schedule.
- Effective utilization of manpower.
- Looking after Safety, Housekeeping & personal issues.
- To work as per the instructions of the Assistant Manager/ Manager-Maintenance

- authorized to issue spare parts from the store
