**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the design and development of structural engineering projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 20+ years of experience.
- Experience in structural work with Saudi Aramco standards as well as international standards like ACI, AISC etc
- Proficient in the design of foundation and structural systems of pipe rack, technology structures, horizontal vessels etc
- Proficient in preparing the dynamic design of foundations and structural systems
- Proficient in software like Staad Pro, RAM design, Foundation 3D, SAP, ETABS
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus point
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and lead a team of Structural engineers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
