**Essential Skills**:

- Advanced degree (Master or Ph.D.) in a relevant field, such as Climate Science / Environmental Science & Environmental Management, Environmental Policy, Engineering, Environmental economics, Environmental technology, or any related qualification
- Excellent knowledge of GHG baseline determination, GHG inventory, MRV system, carbon budget
- Proven experience with climate change mitigation planning and implementation
- Proven experience with Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventories, previous experience of working in similar position
- The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner is important in this position
- At least 8-10 years of Program/project management experience
