**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **About the role**

The Technical Consultant-Proofpoint is a critical role at Exclusive Networks and covers both Post
- Sales implementation and Professional Services projects as well as pre-sales activities.

**As a Technical Consultant - Proofpoint, you will**:

- Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge of proofpoint to be considered a Subject Matter Expert within the customer and partner communities.
- Take ownership for the in-full and on-time delivery of technical, implementation and Professional Services projects.
- Work with partners and customers to create clear and complete Statements of Work.
- Create and manage detailed project plans.
- Complete tasks and actions as per the SOWand project plan
- Collaborate with partners and end users to ensure successful project test and migration activities.
- Manage the partner and customer to ensure they complete pre-requisites, dependencies and passive works in a timely manner.
- Maintain, accurate and full complete technical designs and all related documentation.
- Provide Knowledge transfer to end-users.
- Provide timely and complete reporting as required.
- Build and own relationships with technical decision makers, influencers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for all activities, projects and opportunities.
- Assist technical colleagues across the region with knowledge transfer and project assistance as required.
- Engage in and support the EXN and partner sales teams activities by providing technical leadership and insights for new sales opportunities.
- Assist and support in the presentation of solution value propositions to customers and partners.
- Demonstrate the companys technology to potential customers and partners.
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and /or training sessions to channel partners.

**Requirements**:

- Protecting critical data from advanced mail threats
- Emai/endpoint/enterprise data loss
- Threat intelligence
- Having proofpoint certification and experience in Proofpoint implementations.
- Ability to conduct motivating and informative seminars, technical training and knowledge sharing within the partner and end user community to increase Exclusive Networks revenues within the region.
- Ability to maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
- Thorough understanding of technical projects and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases, and handle all technical elements of the project
- Flexible, dependable, self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the Middle East region.
- Arabic speaker is a plus

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE **About you**

**The ideal **Technical Consultant **Proofpoint** will have**:

- Will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar.
- 3+ years prior reseller or distribution experience in a high-tech environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security trends, issues, markets and vendors.
- Proofpoint certifications together with experience and accreditations relating to implementation projects.
