Modality Leader

**Job Description Summary**: As Modality Leader, you will drive all activities needed to achieve and exceed sales targets for PCS Clinical Accessories portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the go-to person for all topics related to the PSC Clinical Accessories modality across segments and will report to the General Manager Diagnostic Cardiology & PCS Clinical Accessories EAGM.

**Responsibilities**
- Building long-term customer relationships and maintaining a high-level customer satisfaction,
- Driving the sales of PCS Clinical Accessories products lines,
- Collaborating with the Modality Managers to define the marketing plan and associated budget for the region, ensuring its execution and return on investment.
- Preparing and coordinating responses to tenders and validating tender documents in collaboration with the sector tender team.
- Effectively monitoring the market and providing up-to-date data and accurate forecasts using available tools.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to maximize sales potential and share leads with the appropriate colleagues.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s quality policies and processes.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in medical/biomedical or healthcare area.
- Relevant sales experience in healthcare industry (preferably clinical accessories product segment),
- A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a desire to grow new business.
- Experience in understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies (knowledge of the existing account areas/channels would be advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication skills.
- Persistence in developing prospects and customers, and ability to close business.
- Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills.
- Self-starter, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to communicate using English and Arabic languages.
