**Objective**

The AI Knowledge Manager for Facilities Management is responsible for overseeing the integration, management, and optimization of a Large Language Model (LLM) tailored for the specific needs of Facilities Management. This role ensures the LLM remains updated, accurate, and effective in providing real-time AI-driven solutions and insights within the FM domain, positioning the LINE FM Organization at the forefront of AI-powered document generation and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the FM Technologies Director and relevant stakeholders to understand the specific linguistic needs, challenges, and opportunities within the FM domain.
- Lead the development, tuning, and optimization of the Facilities Management LLM to ensure it meets the evolving demands and complexities of the industry.
- Stay updated with advancements in natural language processing and AI to ensure the LLM remains state-of-the-art and offers unparalleled accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with data managers and analysts to continuously feed, train, and refine the LLM, guaranteeing it remains responsive to the ever-changing FM landscape.
- Establish protocols and best practices for LLM deployment, usage, and maintenance, ensuring data security, ethical considerations, and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of the LLM's performance, making necessary adjustments and improvements based on feedback and results.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to educate FM teams on leveraging the LLM for tasks like document analysis, automated reporting, communication, and more.
- Develop partnerships with AI research institutions, technology providers, and vendors to stay abreast of advancements in LLM and related technologies.
- Monitor the ROI and effectiveness of the LLM, aligning its capabilities with the strategic goals and requirements of the organization.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in AI, with a specific focus on large language models, natural language processing, or related domains.
- Deep understanding of LLM algorithms, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in deploying, refining, and managing LLMs or similar AI-driven models in a business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of aligning technology solutions with business challenges.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, especially in the realm of LLMs and NLP.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at translating complex AI concepts for non-experts.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or specializations in natural language processing, LLMs, or AI would be a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
