**The Position holder is responsible for**:

- The Turbo Driller Expert is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- The Turbo Driller Expert identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, expert in Turbines.
- Coiled Tubing Drilling experience is a plus
- Good communication & Collaboration skills
- Demonstrate high reliability and self-motivation
- Drive accountability and results
- Fluent in English
