ᴧ Ensure that Refineries, Harbor and Utility Section are operating normally during his assigned shift.

ᴧ Accomplish and submit related reports (i.e. EAM system, handover, logbook) in normal or abnormal condition.

ᴧ Quickly correct issues and/or problems in order to return operations to normal state.

ᴧ Properly conduct troubleshooting and/or repair of equipment, instruments and/or devices that are not operating normally.

ᴧ Effectively facilitate and coordinate repair activities with internal support sections (i.e. Process Mechanical Section) as needed

ᴧ Effectively facilitate repair activities with external function (i.e. Motor Rewinding Service) with coordination of the assigned Section Supervisor.

ᴧ Effectively facilitate repair activities troubleshoot electrical or control and instruments issues by reading logic in DCS, PLCs and electrical wiring diagram SLD, and instrumentation chart PID.

ᴧ Following all safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, PPE, etc.

ᴧ Ensure that proper Preventive Maintenance is identified and conducted.

ᴧ Identify needed spare parts to carry out the plan.

ᴧ Identify needed knowledge and/or skills to facilitate plan.

ᴧ Continually improve the respective area assigned through company improvement systems (i.e. KAIZEN program).

ᴧ Initiate and effectively implement cost saving measures.
