**Role Overview**:
As a Mechatronics Engineer at Expand Expo, you will be instrumental in researching, developing, and implementing cutting-edge technologies for creative events. Your expertise will guide the creation of kinetic screens, kinetic lighting systems, robots, sensor-based devices, and groundbreaking innovations that push the boundaries of what’s possible in event experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the research and development of new technologies and systems for use in creative event solutions, including kinetic displays, lighting systems, robotics, and interactive devices.
- Design and prototype innovative devices and systems that enhance audience engagement and experience at events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and event planners, to integrate technological solutions seamlessly into event concepts.
- Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of event technologies through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic systems, preferably within the events industry or similar creative fields.
- Strong programming capabilities with C, C++, C# and python.
- strong background experience with PCB design and microcontrollers.
- Strong skills in prototyping, CAD software, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
