**The position**

This will be the chance for you to lead the DevOps team in a highly available and safety -related environment and buildout the infrastructure used to handle our environments.

You will have the opportunity to participate in architecture and software development activities.

This position will let you coach, mentor and train junior team members in optimazing software engineering and end-to-end delivery.

**The Responsabilities**
- Ability to plan, build and lead large-scale transformations including DevOps, testing and cloud native projects.
- Advising clients on appropriate DevOps strategies specific to their unique business needs;
- Supervise and deliver architecture design, infrastructure design, build and deployment activities;
- Work closely with architects and developers to define building blocks and new features
- Lead the DevOps team in a highly available and safety-related environment
- Buildout the infrastructure used to handle our environments
- Participates in architecture and software development activities.
- Building distributed systems using the latest technologies, improving the scalability and cost efficiency.
- Coaching, mentoring and training junior team members in optimizing software engineering and end-to-end delivery.

**Your Profile**
- Very good understanding of Linux internals, Networking, HTTP protocol and Distributed Systems
- Must be familiar with AWS Services including but not limited to CloudFormation/CDK, EC2, ElastiCache, Lambda, RDS, Serverless, S3, ASC etc.
- Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes
- Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, BitBucket Pielines or Jenkins
- Understanding around automation, how to scale, and Python scripts
- Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as Python
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills
- Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
- Strong experience in a cloud-based environment, eg one of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Strong experience of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation
- Strong experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet

**Desired Certification**
