**Project Location: Saudi Arabia ( JUBAIL/YANBU)**

**Academic** **and Professional Qualifications (Minimum)**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or another equivalent technical degree
**Professional** **Experience (Minimum)**:

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the technical area of the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 20 years' experience without a bachelor's degree.
- Experience and knowledge in handling and operating plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
- Certified industrial job tasks evaluator.
- Excellent communication skills,
**Behavioural** **Competencies**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with basic computer software such as MS Office.
