Electrical Enginee

The tasks of the Electrical Enginee (Electromechanical) are to supervise and review the electrical design and shop drawings the coordination plans for the systems the testing the examination and the receipt of the electrical works executed the approval of the materials and the samples used in the projects and the design and calculation of the electrical loads form lighting to outlets and AC units Conducting the electrical tests necessary for BOQ's specifications and plans Design single line diagrams for electrical works (medium and low voltage) air conditioning ventilation lighting fire alarm CCTV and internal PA projects preparation of technical specifications schedules of quantities and operation of accounts for cables and breakers for electrical loads air conditioning loads and emergency loads with UPS, ATS Preparation of specifications and schedules of the items of electrical works for projects and participation in the processing of tenders for projects and study and analysis of offers from suppliers and contractors Electrical systems ,including lighting, power outlets ,AC ,fire alarm, CCTV, BMS telephone ,PA, DATA ,TV, &video systems for various projects.supervise the electrician& handyman team and coordinate their job tasks and outline a time table for their daily tasks and operation, maximise and utilize the efficiency of their outcome in terms of financial and technical. Supervise and work on the maintenance& operation of selected facilities, optimize the efficiency of the buildings under management and write reports periodically and any other tasks entrusted to the employee during the work.
