**Job Description: Procurement Specialist**:
**Purpose**: The Procurement Specialist will develop strategies and processes for outsourcing services in a real estate management portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate activities related to service contracts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Facilitate contract review meetings
- Provide support on national competitive bids
- Offer training on procurement policies
- Manage human resource administration

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree/College Diploma required
- Experience in real estate or services industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- People management skills
- Arabic language skills preferred
