**Your responsibilities**:

- Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists
- Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions
- Review the POs placed for the correctness of value, qty and T&C and identifying for any missing PO to be placed against customer order
- Ensuring availability of OAs and following up with the factories to ensure material delivery on time
- Coordinating with Order Management group to update on shipments and slippages
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to get on time deliveries to customers.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while shipping from outside country and clearing the goods from customs in the agreed timelines without incurring demurrages.
- Ensure correctness of shipping documents, HS codes and SABER certificate when applicable
- Prepare, manage and maintain shipments and SO/PO tracking reports.
- Prepares and updates monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinates product delivery schedule with customers
- Coordinates daily activities to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials via all transport modes, and re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize cost. Communicates fulfilment status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate
- Works closely with transport service providers and brokers to assure efficient and effective execution of processes, assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes and prepares proper transportation paperwork and import and export documentation.

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelors Degree, or CSCP equivalent
- 5+ years experience in similar role
- Proficient in English language
- SAP experience in purchasing, inventory models
- Experience in clearing the goods from customs, experience managing the freight forwarders
