Maintain accounting records in compliance with Company accounting policies and IFRS.
- Maintain the GL accurately and by-passing journal entries based on solid supporting documents and reconciliations.
- responsible for recording of daily sales in financial accounting software.
- To record daily sails by reconciling: a) cash deposits; b) Mada; c) visa; d) master card; e) STC pay; f) paytab; g) radyes; h) chefz; i) Jahez; and any other mode of payments with sales recorded in Foodics software.
- To prepare Monthly sales ledger & B2B along with adjustments and reconciliation with Foodics software to be reviewed by MFSC on 2nd of every month prior to month closing.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in the process of month end closing, AP closing, payroll closing, FA & inventory closings for the timely processing of financial reports including monthly accounts.
- Perform all reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, GL reconciliations with subsidiary ledgers.
- Timely processing of customers invoicing process in the system
- Assist for any reporting requirements.
- Perform the deposit tracking to ensure daily sales are deposited as per the company policy
- Perform tracking of cashless transactions and timely preparation of cashless reconciliations
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and confidentiality of the documents
- Ensure effective maintenance of standard coding in filing system.
- Ensure timely filing of documents with accuracy and completeness.
- Provide required information timely and accurately for the internal and external audits in order for them to complete the audits on time.
- Keep abreast of any changes in accounting guidelines or principles
- Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge and innovation in relevant field of expertise
- Further develop expertise through off the job training activities and involvement in more complex tasks and projects
