**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be the operation focal point for specific coring projects across Eastern Hemisphere as assigned by Global Director - Coring. Working in conjunction with Coring Sales, DSE and Regional Management; the function of the Project Manager - Coring shall be:

- Interfacing with clients and developing project specific technical programs, equipment lists, JSA and other documentation required in the execution of coring operations.
- Provide daily support to rig operations to ensure optimized performance and avoidance of incidents & downtime.
- Assist in tender preparation, reviewing and inputting on project risks, equipment requirements and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project specific plans to meet contract deliverables.
- Manage and communicate changes in project scope / schedule with contract stakeholders.
- Provide project forecasting and operational updates to Regional and Hemisphere teams on a regular basis.
- Communicate with Projects Managers and EH Technical Manager on contract specific personnel needs
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations regarding OES initiatives. Forecast project inventory demand to Global Management.
- Track AR /DSO related to Coring and follow up with customers / Accounts to ensure payment terms are met.
- Support initiatives related to Working Capital.
- Coordinate with EH Technical manager on personnel needs and training requirements to support existing and upcoming projects.
- Provide operational support and guidance to Workshop and Service Quality
- Participate in customer pre-spud, DWOP, HAZOP etc. meetings and rig calls as required.
- Identify and document non-conformances and assist with the corrective/preventative actions required to promote continuous improvement
- Support Management of Field personnel while on location in communication with EH Technical Manager.
- Coordinate with NOV Workshop, Inventory Coordinator and other NOV divisions and 3rd Parties to ensure “on time” service delivery.
- Input on training / competencies to develop competent coring field and shop technicians
- Maintain accurate and complete “job files” to ensure capture of all technical information
- Complete End of Well Reports along with Hemisphere DSE.
- Monitor Competitor Coring performance and update regional and hemisphere management monthly.
- Ensure Coring integration and compliance with all local area business processes, service quality, HSE, competency etc.
- Coordinate submission of ITrax reports and implementation of corrective actions.
- Track SQA specific to Coring and ensure compliance.
- Feedback on technologies needs to improve performance and grow market share.
- Attend rig visits as required.
- Provide on call support for assigned coring projects.
- Travel as and when required
- Any other relevant ad hoc duties as requested by Manager
