**Role Summary**:
Responsible for budgeting, reporting & analysis of Carluccio’s and Chizen.
MIS consolidation across territories
Overall responsibility for revenue analysis for all Foodmark brands

Key Responsibilties

Deliver Franchisor/ JV partner reports - Monthly P&Ls for respective Brands

Franchisor revenue reporting

Publishing of all reports (like DSR, HD DSR, sales phasing etc..) to all stakeholders

Reporting of Home Delivery DSR, P&L Dashboard

Responsibility for Home Delivery MIS

Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Annual business review Presentations.

Automation of reporting through Qlik

Responsibility for Forecast, Budgeting & Forecasting and overall analysis of Revenue.

Ananlysisng revenue trends for Foodmark Portfolio, ATV and transaction

Responsibility for Cost schedule to track budget/ forecats vs Actuals

Manage Order mix & product mix

Vacation cover

**Education**: M.Com
