- eview instructions to the consultants and contractors, and obtain Project Director’s and the client’s approval to be issued to concerned parties. I
- dentifies priorities and tasks and develops the organization structure to ensure execution of tasks by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals. A
- ttends executive meetings and progress meetings. M
- onitors performance to ensure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and client’s contractual requirements. P
- articipate in planning and formulating design alternatives and solutions for major construction projects; provide conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates; and may coordinate the production of basic design plans and construction documents. O
- versee all aspects of the day-to-day management of infrastructure construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction firms and institutional, state, and local entities. E
- nsure that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and with Local Authority and Government policies and regulations. E
- stablish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring the client’s and institutional requirements are met; prepare project specifications and coordinate procurement, as appropriate. D
- irect work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing institutional operations. R
- esearches and prepares various reports about operations, equipment, policies, procedures, and/or other issues, as appropriate. P
- repare and collects the Infrastructure learned lessons. E
- nsures the quality of the product and monitors the performance of the team members to ensure compliance with the company’s policies I
- nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

A
- degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required from an accredited university in KSA. E
- xtensive experience in executing Infrastructure elements. 1
- 0+ years’ experience managing mega projects within the Construction/PMC industries. A
- bility to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues. S
- trong organization and communication. E
- xcellent numerical and communication skills. T
