**Job Title**:
HSE Trainer (Certified Train the Trainer)

NEOM Project, Saudi Arabia

**Job Summary**:
The HSE Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate Health, Safety, and Environmental training programs to ensure compliance with NEOM’s safety standards and international best practices. The trainer will play a critical role in cultivating a safety-first culture across all project sites, working with employees and contractors to enhance their knowledge and skills in workplace safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct HSE training programs, including orientation, site-specific training, toolbox talks, and refresher courses.
- Deliver accredited training programs following international and local regulatory requirements (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
- Use modern instructional techniques, including practical demonstrations, simulations, and interactive methods, to ensure engagement and knowledge retention.

**Content Development**:

- Develop and customize HSE training materials to align with NEOM’s safety protocols and project-specific hazards.
- Create e-learning modules, visual aids, and written guides to support diverse learner needs.
- Keep training content up-to-date with evolving safety regulations and standards.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess trainees' knowledge and competency through tests, hands-on exercises, and post-training evaluations.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement to participants.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and continuously enhance delivery based on feedback.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure training aligns with Saudi Arabian labor laws and NEOM-specific safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications in compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Prepare training reports for management and stakeholders.

**Safety Culture Promotion**:

- Act as a role model in promoting a safety-first mindset.
- Support managers and supervisors in implementing HSE initiatives.
- Address safety concerns raised during training and provide practical solutions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certified Train the Trainer (mandatory).
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications (preferred).
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification (desirable).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HSE training roles, preferably within large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
- Experience working on international or high-profile projects (NEOM, EXPO).
- Familiarity with Middle East HSE standards and regulations is a plus.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training using various tools and technologies.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences, including multinational workforces.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
