Arabic Computer Systems (ACS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Systems Engineer with expertise in Verint software. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Verint software solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Verint software systems, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Average of 5 -10 years experience implementing Verint software, or similar technology systems, in the Customer Engagement sector.
- Clear understanding and experience of administering Microsoft Windows, SQL and Linux environments.
- Proficient in installing the Verint product suite as well as configuring specific integrations and MI reporting to meet customer business needs.
- Ability to input into the technical planning of the project as well as producing clear, thorough documentation about the final technical solution to hand over to the relevant Support organization.
- Experience in delivering single site, single product solutions to multi-site, multi product Enterprise programmers of work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and deploy Verint software solutions
- Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance of Verint software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide customized solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with Verint software updates and new releases

- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with expertise in Verint software
- In-depth knowledge of Verint software and its modules
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Verint certification is a plus
