As a Management Consulting Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects for our client. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and transformation for our clients. You should have a deep understanding of the Management Consultant / HR managements and strategy landscape, identify emerging trends, and have a track record of successfully executing Management Consultant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management Consultant projects from ideation to implementation
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends
- Develop and implement Management Consultant strategies for clients
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute Management Consultant initiatives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate project updates and recommendations to senior leadership

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of the Management Consultant landscape and emerging trends.
- Arabic and Muslim to work in a project for 4 months in Makkah.

**Job Type**: Contract
