We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps with strong technical knowledge and the ability to navigate complex organizations. You will be responsible for a range of tasks related to software development, operations, and infrastructure management.

**A day in the life of a Senior DevOps Engineer**:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you fulfill an essential role for one of our clients in Saudi Arabia. You will mainly be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and QA engineers, to align on infrastructure requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as a bridge between teams to resolve conflicts, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure smooth coordination and alignment of goals. Further, you will communicate effectively to bridge the gap between development and operations teams.

In addition, you will:

- Ensure adherence to client security and compliance standards throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Collaborate with security teams to follow up on tasks and deliverables. Mitigate risks associated with deployments.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and knowledge in infrastructure, supporting the team in making informed decisions.
- Navigate complex organizations and work collaboratively with different stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process inefficiencies and implementing streamlined approaches.
- Utilize technical knowledge and organizational acumen to navigate through complex organizations and overcome obstacles.

**You and the role**:
You are someone with 10 years of experience in IT, and 5 years specifically in the field of DevOps. You have a proven track record of successfully coordinating projects and delivering project milestones on time. For this role, you also need strong technical knowledge and understanding of infrastructure-related concepts. Having the ability to navigate complex organizations and work effectively with different stakeholders is part of this role.
