**Requirements**:

- **
Medical Degree**: Specialist Qualification in Emergency Medicine.
- ** Licenses**: Valid medical license to practice as an Emergency Medicine Physician in the designated location.
- ** Clinical Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of post-residency experience in Emergency Medicine practice, including clinical rotations, fellowships, or equivalent training.
- **Clinical Skills**: Proficient in managing a wide range of acute medical conditions and traumatic injuries commonly encountered in the emergency department, including but not limited to cardiac emergencies, respiratory emergencies, trauma, sepsis, and neurological emergencies.
- ** Diagnostic Expertise**: Skilled in conducting rapid assessments, performing diagnostic procedures, and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies, electrocardiograms (ECGs), and laboratory tests.
- ** Emergency Procedures**: Competent in performing emergency procedures, including but not limited to airway management, vascular access, wound management, fracture reductions, and resuscitation techniques.
- ** Critical Care Skills**: Ability to stabilize critically ill or injured patients and initiate appropriate resuscitation measures in the emergency setting.
- **Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, paramedics, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- ** Ethical and Professional Conduct**: Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in patient care, decision-making, and all aspects of medical practice.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing patient volumes, acuity levels, and clinical scenarios in the emergency department.
