Role Description

The Proud Hotel is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Al Khobar, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes meet our standards of excellence. Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for culinary arts are essential for success in this role.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Chef or a similar role

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines

Ability to create innovative and appealing menus

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Food safety and sanitation knowledge

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
