Eye Lash Technician

**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and advise on the best lash style.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-organized work area.
- Ensure proper sanitization of tools and equipment in compliance with salon standards and health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and positive experience for clients.
- Educate clients on aftercare to ensure the longevity of their lashes and maintain client relationships through follow-up services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash industry.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining appointment records as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician, preferably in a high-end salon.
- Certification in eyelash extensions or relevant beauty therapy training.
- Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques (classic, volume, hybrid).
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Up-to-date with health and safety standards and sanitation requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high standard of discretion.
