This position is responsible for handling incoming receiving inspection, in process inspection and final product inspection and certification in Quality Assurance & Control function of Flow Controls, Jubail

**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
A) Quality Engineer:

- _Read and understand Customer/Internal specifications and international standards. _
- _Carry out receiving inspection as per Incoming Inspection plans _
- _Issue Corrective Action Request to Suppliers and follow up for close-out _
- _Review Material Test Certificates, NDE reports, valve & actuator certification pack etc. _
- _Carry out in-process inspection like heat no. verification, PMI, hardness, paint DFT etc. _
- _Carry out final Inspection and certification as per the PO & approved documents _
- _Perform Oracle transactions in Quality Module _
- _Coordination of Customer Inspection _
- _Arranging the Calibration of Instruments and maintaining the records. _
- _Maintaining/updating the ISO documentations & records _
- _Perform Supplier quality control activities, audits, qualification renewal, maintaining records and updating new suppliers in Worldwide Qualified Suppliers list _
- _Assist MRB champion in closing RFTs related to purchased part NCs. _
- _Issue rework form to the suppliers and coordinate/visit machine shops for the same _
- _Prepare and furnish supplier PPM data in global quality SharePoint and MEA _
- _Provide machining related clarification to the new trim part suppliers in India and local rework machine shops _
- _Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Alerts, Safety instructions/initiatives _
- _Monitor the SCAR status in MEA quality share point, Review the effectiveness of CA provided by the suppliers and close the same. Co-ordinate with the respective world area SQE on delayed SCARs. _
- _Participate in Supplier QBRs, travel to suppliers’ site for audits and training _
- _Prepare project specific Surface preparation & Painting procedures _
- _Train and qualify Painters in Jubail and maintain qualification records of the same _
- _Review project painting specifications for new projects & provide clarification on all painting related queries from PM and OE for Flow Controls _
- _Co-ordinating with shop on inspection and testing done in-house and report as required by the order (DFT, MEK, dolly pull off, x cut, salt contamination, dust test, holiday test etc...), monitoring the Blotter test and Air pressure tests and verifying the records maintained. _
- _Visiting external paint/coating shops/local suppliers for audits and quality checks as required _
- _Offer paint DFT and PMI inspection for Client/TPI inspectors and issue reports and supporting documents for the same _
- _Participation in PIM (All orders Aramco Direct and EPC orders), KOM, Customer Project Specific visits _
- _Support QP & Spec function to review Customer specifications related QMS & Factory Tests _
- _Review Customer comments on QMS & Factory test procedures and provide resolution to Project lead _
- _Scheduling & Handling complex project witness stage inspections _
- _Support all in pipe team for smooth execution of project _
- _Verify finished equipment against IPO, using final inspection checklist _
- _Create Final certificate in QA Docs for MRO and Projects _
- _Review material certificates, NDE reports and test reports against PS codes, customer documentation & special requirements _
- _Review Factory test results against IPO _
- _Plan, Notify for Customer Inspection, offer completed products for customer inspection _
- _Raise non-conformance and follow up for corrective action and close out. _
- _Review Root Cause & Corrective actions to ensure effectiveness of actions _
- _Liaise with third party inspectors for witnessing of inspection and ensure inspection requirements from Customer are met. _
- _Part number validation in Oracle _
- _Take ownership of Company’s Quality Policy & Core Values _
- B) EHS _
- _Consider EHS risks in decision-making and model safety as a core value every day. _
