**Job Specific Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to maintenance and reliability programs associated with equipment manufacturer agreement(s) involving scope of work definitions, event planning and time limits for aircraft.
- Adhere to the overall framework of maintenance standards.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and appropriate reporting occurrence, timely incorporation of all maintenance records and implementation of corrective actions in line with applicable agreements and cost efficiency.
- Review the scheduled/unscheduled of maintenance events and their invoices to ensure the timely accomplishment of scheduled maintenance in accordance with defined GACA and comparative international standards and considering maintenance yield to assure cost efficiency.
- Collect data required for monitoring the entire cycle of maintenance for all aircraft from ground time required, check intervals, scope of work and expected aircraft operation periods to ensure that aircraft are maintained according to the strict standards expected in aircraft reliability programs in accordance with applicable agreements and within maintenance budget.
- Assist verifying all maintenance activities invoices and process them for payment.
- Assist in annual maintenance cost budget planning and preparation.
- Assist in provisioning of aircraft material and component.
- Participate in verifying contracts and documents to ensure warranty and guarantee are properly stored.
- Participate in gathering and analyzing data required by contract obligation and special agreements.
- Assist updating the information in inventory management system as required.
- Adhere to the maintenance cost performance indicators in accordance with the defined standards in the applicable agreements to ensure consideration during the execution of maintenance.
- Collect data required for management reports, maintenance contracts, pool and lease agreements to ensure plans are set to achieve unit’s goals.
- Assist in developing the processes necessary to perform the tasks.
- Monitor and maintain the airworthiness of Saudia/ Leased fleet.
- Prepare and publish short/medium term maintenance plans and schedules.
- Monitor all leases technical KCI’s performance (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Bi-Annual & Annual) in Smartsheet & coordinate all responsible stakeholder’s performance & reporting on daily basis.
- communicate with responsible departments regarding obligations and what must be carried out.
- Coordinate aircraft routing to ensure maximum ground time utilization.
- Track and Monitor short/medium term maintenance events approaching due time to increase interval usage rate.
- On daily basis, review all EPC dashboard To Do list for raised IR’s, queries and / or approval requests created by process owners / SV FM.
- Participate and communicate with other related divisions for maintenance/lease requirements setup.
- Monitor & report validity of aircrafts documents and certification.
- Coordinate with aircraft tail assignment team to react with maintenance constrains to reduce operation disruption.
- Ensure timely accomplishment of schedule maintenance checks and fulfil the requirements of the Official Ground Schedule and aircraft availability.
- Develop all types of task cards (MTC/TSV/CCC/JIC).
- Keep all aircraft in compliance with the approved maintenance program, regulatory requirements i.e. AD/FAR/TC/Alert/SB's and approved maintenance policies and operational obligations.
- Monitor & control the schedule renewal of authority Aircraft licenses and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
- The Minimum accepted GPA is 2.75 out 4 / 3.75 out of 5.

**Required English Level**:

- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 72.
- Other English Tests will not be accepted.
