Answers customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.
- Conduct daily Espresso profiling to maintain consistent taste.
- Establish drinks recipes to ensure proper drink production.
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of coffee production.
- Be capable of completing and overseeing all daily bar operations.
- Create and perform training system for all barista staff to uphold all company and store/restaurant policies.
- Oversee all barista employees, including performance, responsibilities, training, customer service, hygiene.
- Be “on-call” with responsibility to respond to problems or fill-in
- when needed.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating procedures, troubleshooting breakdown, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and informing the Store/restaurant manager of any issues.
- Maintaining good work relationships with fellow teammates.
- Setting and delegating shift objectives to all barista team members.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Waiter: 1 year (preferred)
