**Job Description Summary**: An exciting opportunity for a Product Specialist to join the BD Surgery team in KSA and cover key accounts in the Central region.

In Surgery, our products empower providers to reduce the incidence of surgical complications, improve patients’ experiences and lower the total cost of surgical care.

**About the role**:
As a Product Specialist you will be a part of the Surgery Business unit team with key responsibilities to achieve the annual sales objectives. Establish the success of key surgery brands by building brand awareness in the targeted accounts and strategic projects.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
- Create new sales opportunities with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders.
- Assist in clarifying any timely disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned area.
- Monitor the inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of the availability of the goods through the sales team communication.
- Manage relationship with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
- Identify the list of all KOLs with respected opinion within the Surgery community.
- Make sure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right HCP in a complaint & ethical way.
- Understand and develop sales channels with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
- Market mapping and customer segmentation.
- Ensure that BD’s professional and ethical standards are followed.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences or equivalent is a must.
- Account management experience. MOH experience is preferred.
- Experience within medical devices/ operating theatre is a must.
- Strong presentation skills and a team player.
