Monthly Salary - SR 4500 Tax free
Commission per session - 30% on 2 by 2 program - average 70 Sessions 2 by 2 - Average salary per month SR 8350 Tax free
Quarterly Bonus
2 years initial contract and then 42 days leave return flights provided back to country of origin thereafter 1 year extensions with 21 days per annum
3 months initial accommodation provided
Minimum qualification is a Diploma preferably Degree in a related field to the position
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Creating a welcoming class environment for all fitness levels as well as encouraging and motivating group exercise members by introducing exciting and enjoyable classes in order to increase the members retention.
Instructing group exercise classes according to a pre-set schedules and according to company’s standards and providing the classes on time and in a professional manner.
Demonstrating/ coaching members on the proper use of all equipment and class tools and how to carry out the various group exercise classes to ensure that all members are gaining the advantage of doing the group exercises.
Observing and adjusting approaches to support all participants’ capabilities, physical conditions and health in order to gain and maintain members’ satisfaction and retention.
Initiating and building effective, positive and trusting relationships with members in order to increase their satisfaction and hence their retention.
Always looking for the latest group exercise classes, techniques, and trends, and recommending actions to the direct supervisor.
Providing emergency first aid for the members, when needed, such as CPR in order to avoid related consequences.
Maintaining an orderly exercise space by making sure that all equipment is clean, functional, organized and tidy.
Storing all equipment used in group exercise classes neatly and appropriately in order to maintain them in good conditions and in accordance with the company’s policies and standards.
Maintaining accurate class attendance records using the designated method of recording in order to easily recognize any trends in the attendance and take the appropriate action.
Explaining and enforcing safety rules and actions during classes including the use of exercise equipment in order to avoid any mistakes or accidents that might occur.
Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
