**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
- Follows safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
- Performs tasks at workstations such as: standard assembly operations, perform calibrations requiring judgment to assure conformance to specifications.
- Performs testing and part quality verification, basic troubleshooting, and repairs, inspection/Out of Box Quality (OBQ) and packing of finished product.
- Maintaining the equipment and working tools in good working conditions.
- Respect the procedures and requirements of the Quality Management system.
- Maintenance of equipment and spare part list.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing/production engineer to improve production process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the information.
- Proactive attitude towards the process of continuous improvement and the quality maintenance.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment and facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Management.
- Operates machines using appropriate gauging and tooling and makes basic adjustments to assure conformance to specifications.
- Recommend changes to improve safety, quality, delivery or cost measures and participates in the revision of manufacturing procedures.
- Performs daily organization and cleanup of work area, per 5S+1 requirements.
- Performs multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotations. Follows lean principles.
**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Demonstrated skills in the competencies of getting things done, organization & coordination.
- Graduate of technical college or similar, or apprenticeship or trade papers in mechanical/Electrical instrumentation discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical field on a similar position
- Experience in using the computer.
- Language requirements: English is a must, Arabic is plus
- Reasonable level of fitness, ability to stand, lift, and bend as the job determines.
