IT Manager

Job Summary

Implement the digitalization/IT projects identified and specified in the IT road map and ensure proper performance and availability for the existing systems.

The IT manager should work closely with the business to identify areas of improvements, potential solutions, and vendors. He/she is also responsible for project implementation within cost/quality& time

IT manager should be able to identify and select relevant technologies for the business during solution selection

Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to operations through managing different partners and ensure systems availability and stability
- Implement IT & digitalization projects and change requests agreed in the IT road map and steering committees with the business
- Incidents and service requests management. Ensure timely closure for service tickets and incidents
- Development of SOP’s and training manuals
- User governance and control
- Licenses tracking

University Degree, Majoring in Computer Science, Having PMI /Prince II will be an advantage

Minimum of 5-8 years in IT/Digitalization projects and change management

Good understanding for main business processes

Experience in Vendor Management

Good presentation and reporting skills

Good command of English and Arabic

Knowledgeable on ERP Systems, SAP, Automation Tools, Engineering Systems

Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
