We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Seamstress, you will play a crucial role in creating, altering, and repairing various garments and têxtile items to meet our customers' needs and maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Perform alterations and repairs on a wide range of garments, including dresses, suits, and formal wear
- Create custom-made clothing items based on client specifications and measurements
- Operate and maintain various sewing machines, including industrial and specialized equipment
- Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and notions for each project
- Take accurate measurements and fit garments on customers as needed
- Interpret and follow patterns and design specifications
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to complete large-scale or complex projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and sewing techniques

**Qualifications**
- Two to three years of experience in cutting, stitching, and alterations
- Proficiency in various sewing techniques and ability to work with different fabrics and materials
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern making
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Ability to operate and maintain various sewing machines and equipment
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions in a sewing environment
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
