We are hiring for a Principle Recruitment Consultant to grow a team in our construction space; this role will be working to build a team of experts in the field and growing the division with a clear career path for the successful individual.

Based in brand new offices, outside of Armagh. Work/Life balance is a priority so we offer flexible working and a hybrid set up, working from home and the office.

**Responsibilities**:

Growing a team that is responsible for advancing end-to-end recruitment strategy to find, attract and hire experienced niche talent.

Continuous business development to bring in new business to ourselves as well as managing existing client relationships

**Key Requirements**:
You are passionate about the construction recruitment sector and finding niche talent in a competitive market.

You may have led small or large teams, focused on experienced recruitment campaigns and recruitment processes that scale up talent pipelines.

You appreciate the importance of mentoring others to build their technical skills and develop their careers.

You recognise that data is a critical component to operational efficiency and continuously challenging the status quo as a way to get the best results.

You are tenacious and pride yourself on having a growth mindset that you can install in others
