**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of market engagement for our company. You will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers, and your strategic acumen to drive sales and meet targets. Ensuring a positive experience for all clients and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Generate Sales**: Identify potential customers, initiate contact, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Reporting**: Track sales activities and provide reports to management on progress and any challenges.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the company’s offerings or processes.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to enhance overall sales strategy and customer satisfaction.
- **Negotiation**: Effectively negotiate deals and contracts with customers, ensuring both customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and enhance product knowledge.
- **Compliance and Ethics**: Ensure all sales practices comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 3 years as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
