Bariatric Surgeon

As a Bariatric surgeon you are responsible for providing expert medical and surgical care to patients with obesity and related diseases. You will work in a state-of-the-art day care surgery clinic equipped with the latest technology and equipment to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.

You will be joining a team of distinguished specialities at our day care surgery clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform bariatric surgeries such as gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and gastric banding
- Evaluate patients' medical history, conduct physical examinations, and order necessary tests for diagnosis
- Develop treatment plans and provide pre and post-operative care to patients
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients on the benefits and risks of bariatric surgery, as well as post-operative diet and exercise guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in bariatric surgery and participate in continuous education and training programs

**Qualifications**
- General Medical degree + Board speciality
- Active medical license in the country of practice and relevant specialty
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Consultant Bariatric Surgeon
- Fellowship in Bariatric Surgery from a recognized institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in handling advanced laparoscopic and open bariatric procedures

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
