We are looking for a Full-time Gymnastics Coach to deliver sessions in our extra-curricular and external clubs.

**Responsibilities**:

- To do the necessary preparation and set up prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.
- To assist the Head Coach running sessions and following instructions.
- To provide positive and fun sessions.
- Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of children.
- Notify the Management/Parents immediately of any incidents
- Responsible and appropriate manner always in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy
- Ensure accurate registers of your sessions are kept.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.

**Job Requirements**
- Completed a Sport related Degree.
- Proven experience as Gymnastics coach
- Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector.
- Experience working with students aged 3-12 years.
- An enhanced CRB/DBS check.
- Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.
- First Aid qualified.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Driving Licence.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Confident in coaching a range of different sports.
- Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents and other members of staff
- Ability to understand the learning process and training principles
- Ability to motivate and assist gymnasts to develop new skills safely
- Knowledge of injury prevention - understanding how to reduce the risk of injury to gymnasts

Pay: Up to ﷼10,000.00 per month
