‎- الإشراف على فريق (نجارين, دهانين, كهربائيين, سباكين لإدارة مشاريع بناء)
‎- خبرة في المطاعم ، الكوفيشوبات و المكاتب.
‎- خبرة في قراءة المخططات.
‎- الخبرة في التعامل مع الانواع المختلفة من مواد البناء الخشبية ،دهانات وغيره.
‎- تقدير الوقت والمواد اللازمة لأعمال.
‎- القدرة في إدارة واحتساب التكلفة.
‎العمرلا يتجاوز ال28 - 35 عاما

We need a Foreman with high experience:

- Supervising on teams( carpenters, painters, electrician, Plumbers for construction project managements).
- Experienced at restaurants, café-shops, offices.
- Experienced in reading schemes.
- Have experience in dealing with different types building materials(wood, painting, and etc.)
- Time and building materials estimating.
- Ability to manage and compute total costs or budget.
- Age range from 28 to 35 years old.

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
