Façade Estimator

Working in both ORGADATA & MS OFFICE to assist in the preparation of optimal techno-commercial estimations, quotations and proposals through constant familiarization and feedback about changing markets.
- To collect information, review and maintain latest pricing models for manpower, machinery, material or any other resources, based on detailed study and comparison with competitors and market trends.
- Prepare estimation based on quantities v/s man hours for each activity, and to review drawings, specifications as needed.
- Prepare cost estimate sheets/summary/budget, position drawings, material list, MTO, Bill of Quantities and the fee proposal.
- Highlight the scope of work and identify the list of exclusion for each job independently.
- Coordinate with the procurement department and with the suppliers to get raw material quotations based on project requirements.
- Be responsible for the quantity surveying prior to finalize any new contract.
- To keep up excellent coordination between the Sales, Projects, Procurement and Technical Departments.
- Prepare value engineering proposals whenever needed.
- Working closely with customer to answer all commercial and technical clarifications to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinating and regular follow ups with the sales team for most suitable commercial solutions in order to achieve the customer target price and generate actual sales and contracted jobs.
- Coordinate between clients, procurement, production and site execution teams.
- Attend sales meeting, coordination meetings, site meetings on behalf of the company and provide cost effective solutions to reduce the cost either on customers or the company itself.
