The LCS Sales Engineer is focused on leading the development and execution of strategies resulting in profitable growth through increased penetration on LCS business of Final Controls (Valves) group in Saudi Arabia. The LCS Sales Engineer is the guardian of the customer relationship, orchestrating the development of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service solutions to the customer base. The LCS Sales Engineer leads the B2B Alignment of the Customer Management Team, Shutdown planning and service activities along with Emerson Final Control accounts team to position Final Controls Services as Trusted Advisor.

**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:

- Meet or Exceed Annual business goals and targets for the Saudi Arabia LCS including Flow Controls, Pressure Management & Isolation valves.
- Establish and develop high level strong relationships with key leaders and at all levels, majorly at Turn Around, Maintenance and Operations Departments.
- Leverage existing and develop new relationships with key executive decision-makers to successfully position Final Controls Services as No Equal or the preferred service solutions provider.
- Target all STOs to utilize our LCS. Have a database of STO schedule and their STO execution plan for all end-user sites
- Prepare LCS customer segmentation as well as competitor differentiation message
- Understand the market requirements for LCS and set strategies for LCS business sales growth
- Drive KOB3 opportunities throughout the accounts covered by acting as “trusted advisor” to customers by offering solutions to customer problems
- Establish/Update and Make new long-term agreements for services and turnarounds for day-to-day maintenance and Turnarounds.
- Develop a true business partnership with the assigned customers. Elevate ourselves as a trusted partner to major end-users like Aramco, JVs, Maaden and Sabic
- Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, and competitor intelligence.
- Report LCS sales POR on monthly basis
- Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Divisions and maximise pull-through content
- Ensure Business Unit plans, and key initiatives are consistent with LCS plans and are implemented in a timely professional manner. Assimilate BU personnel’s support as and when needed to support the key sites.
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required

**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Sales & Service experience.
- Proven Sales record.
- Proven background in proactive selling
- Valves & Industry knowledge
- Strong business skills & commercial awareness
- Ability to communicate and deliver the business-based value messages
