As a Cladding master trainer, you will carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.

As a **Cladding master trainer**, you will be responsible for:

- Interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process to ensure a standard of quality.
- Welding commonly used metals and alloys of varying size, shapes, thicknesses, including dissimilar metals to ensure quality finish.
- Setting up, monitoring, and operating multiple machines simultaneously to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
- Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance
- Conducting safety and risk assessment and preparing preventive and proactive measures to identify potential hazards.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a technical Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of overlay cladding welding experience.
- Good Speaking / Writing skills in English language.
- Have a good leadership & communication.
- Have a good technical knowledge of welding procedures and welding processes.
- Have experience in working with ERP System (ORACL, SAP...etc.) and Microsoft office.
- Be able to perform defect free cladding using Cladding rig systems.
- Be able to create & modify the cladding rig running program.
- Demonstrate the ability to set up troch and part.
- Have experience in Cladding of API 6A Christmas tree products.
- Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings.
- Ability to Read and create Weld maps.
- Ability to understand and fill Quality documents requirements.
