- P-06**Basic Functions**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- A. Duties/Responsibilities:

- 1. Design and implement SharePoint collaboration environments.

2. Create workflows, forms, pages, sites, and use OOB functionality to automate both simple and complex business processes, which are usable, intuitive, and attractive.

4. Collect, transform, validate and map functional and non-functional requirements.

5. Propose alternative process and system designs based on SharePoint features.

6. Plan the architectural infrastructure integration.

7. Define solutions based on the business need and map the solution requirements to existing configurable features of SharePoint

8. Architect and POC custom code as needed.

9. Maintain and manage the webpage designs with Microsoft metro style

10. Excellent in ASP.net and C#

11. Excellent in web parts creation, functionalities, features and integration with other systems.

12. Excellent in xml, Java Scripts, and style sheet.

13. Perform other related duties as required.

B. Independence: Works under the direct supervision of the SA Manager; frequently develops methods to achieve desired results

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.**Minimum Qualifications**
- A. Education Level:

- 1. Required: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science).

2. Preferred: Master’s Degree.

B. Training Certifications:
1. Required: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

2. Preferred: Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD).

C. Experience:
1. Required: Three to Five years’ experience working with SharePoint Platform (with recent experience using MOSS 2007) in an administrative capacity. Development experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Info-path, Workflow, Visual Source-safe, and SharePoint Designer. Hands on experience in designing and implementation of the SharePoint collaboration environments including On-Premise, O365, Hybrid and Azure platform. Must be an expert in SharePoint Migration from and to Office 365, including challenges, alternatives, and lessons learned. Strong understanding of what can be done using OOB features in SharePoint. Strong understanding of security roles for all users and groups within the organization. Solid understanding in IIS, active directory, and mail routing configuration. Good knowledge in reporting tools such as SSRS etc. Working knowledge of various web design/graphic design tools (Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Photoshop). Excellent in using Microsoft project plan, progress reporting and dashboards.

2. Preferred: Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in an IT support role.

D. Specific knowledge, skills, ability:
1. Ability to develop project plans for software upgrades including specific task plans and timing for deployment activities.

2. Knowledge of software and network appliance load balancing.

3. Ability to identify research and solve problems.

5. A good knowledge in power shell commands.

6. Must be proficient in oral and written English.

Possess a valid driver’s license.
