- O & M of Mech Systems like HVAC system, Fire fighting system, Pumps, Fan Coil Units VAV Systems, Air Handling Units
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as Mechanical Supervisor in related field. - Diploma or an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical engineeringSupervising the Operation and Maintenance of Mechanical Systems like HVAC system, Fire fighting system, Pumps, Fan Coil Units, VAV Systems, Air Handling Units including heat recovery systems, Evaporation Coolers, Direct Expansion Systems, Close Control Air Conditioning Systems, plumbing and drainage etc in an Research centre/educational institution as per the Services under the terms of the Contract with the Client - Supervise and organize the operation and maintenance of Mechanical system, HVAC system, plumbing system, including electronic and mechanical components to optimize energy use and monitor performance of his team. - Organize the team, implement the PPM and close after completion. - Organize the team to attend the Service Request/Work Order and close after completion. - Assist Management in developing strategies to optimise and develop operational practices, asset life cycles and Team performance - Assist Management in ensuring full compliance in the terms and conditions of the SLA and targeted KPI’s - Train his workers and adhere to safety regulations. - Attend daily/weekly group meetings. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Client, Manager and Subordinates. - Respond to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses, escalating concerns as necessary along with calculated recommendations. - Participate in El-Seif Performance Management Reviews, demonstrating a commitment to continued professional development. - Follow and gain 100% compliance for all Company and safety and security policies and procedures; reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets - Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional**Knowledge & Qualification**:
