They have successfully delivered several commercial, institutional, hospitality, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use projects with a customer-focused approach.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Must be aware of all the finishing work like Building, tiles, and marble.
- Reflected Ceiling, Skylights, Doors, Windows, Painting, Façade. ceramics

**Requirements**:

- Higher National Diploma (vocational Training Centre) Architectural / Civil
- Experience as a construction foreman
- Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSH guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans,
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities

**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
