You will be joining our Industry X Capital Projects practice, where we focus on the following key areas:

**As a Capital Projects / Project Engineering & Servicing Lead, you will**:

- Developing and implementing capital project strategies: You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices w.r.t Capital Projects life cycle (Conceptualization, Feasibility, EPC, Project Management and Controls).This will involve bringing Industry view of best practice from Capital Projects and working with Accenture and Client Business stakeholders.
- Leading client engagements: You will manage client relationships and lead large EPC projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will interact with C-suite and senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
- Building and managing a team: You will recruit, train, and manage a team of consultants with expertise in capital project technologies and solutions. You will provide coaching and mentorship to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Staying up to date with industry trends: You will stay abreast of the latest smart city technologies, policies, and trends, and use this knowledge to inform your work and advise clients.

**Areas of Expertise**:

- Capital Projects Strategy
- Capital Projects & Digital Strategy: Have experience of Defining Capital Projects Digital Strategy for client. Should have exposure / experience leading technologies like Digital Twin, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain
- Intelligent Planning & Design: Have experience of delivering projects in the area of Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D Modeling, Simulation and Visualization
- Capital Projects Excellence: Quality Management Systems, Risk Management, Safety Management
- Energy Transition Services: Working on Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) will be an added advantage
- Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)
- Have good knowledge around Generative Design Studio: Parametric Design, Computational Design, Optimization Algorithms
- Have experience of delivering projects with some of the leading technologies like - Smart Connected Project Execution: Digital Twins, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Drones
- Engineering Information Management (EIM, PLM, ECM)
- Should have good understanding around Capital Project Command Center: Enterprise Project Management (EPM), Performance Management, Data Governance
- Project Procurement & Contracting: eSourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Construction Digital Twin: Digital Twin, 3D Printing, Robotics and Automation

As an SME you would be expected to have exposure to platforms like Autodesk BIM 360, Oracle Primavera, Bentley ProjectWise, Aconex etc.

**Preferred Skills & Experiences**
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Project Management, Project Design & Engineering for Capital Projects with strong understanding of managed services in Capital Build.
- Experience in delivering large-scale capital projects across Industry groups & geographies
- Minimum 10 years of experience in direct client facing role in Management Consulting firm having significant exposure on Project Management and Design & Engineering Management
- Demonstrate expertise across one or more of following areas
