Your strategic oversight and leadership will be essential in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with various stakeholders to drive project success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the entire construction process for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
- Monitor project performance, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any construction-related issues.
- Foster a culture of safety and innovation within the construction teams, encouraging continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior management, detailing project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a strong track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project success from inception to completion.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in the Middle East construction landscape is a plus.
