Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Sourcing and Outreach:

- Proactively identify potential retail and F&B tenants through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Agree with the Client on a target leasing budget with a pricing strategy.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective tenants, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Share the leasing tenant package with potential retailers which will support in securing the tenant interest.
- Reach out to targeted tenants to receive signed Letters of Interest.
- Produce and maintain a detailed retail & commercial leasing tracking schedule providing details of target tenants, tenant meetings and deals under negotiation

Lease Negotiation and Documentation:

- Conduct initial meetings with prospective tenants to understand their leasing needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to negotiate lease terms and conditions that align with both the company's and tenants' objectives.
- Prepare lease agreements and other necessary documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Always seek the prior written approval of the Client while negotiating the terms of the lease contract and shall use its best effort to persuade tenants with respect to the provisions in favor of the Client.
- Lead all retail & commercial negotiations, discussing commercial terms, Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements with all prospective tenants, with input from the Client and lawyers where needed.
- Evaluate the offers & shortlist operators with the Client through an agreed process where it is suggested to have a leasing committee composed of JLL and Client teams

Property Marketing:

- Develop innovative marketing strategies to showcase available retail and F&B units, attracting a diverse pool of potential tenants.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and print media, to promote vacancies effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and professional leasing experience.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Present leasing insights and recommendations to the leasing team to optimize property performance.
