We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer - Site to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and constraints
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, civil engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during construction or operation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
- Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and industry trends

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on site-based roles for bulding projects
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including IEC and BS
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Extensive experience with power distribution systems, control systems, and instrumentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial or commercial electrical systems
- Familiarity with construction processes and site management
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia
